MAGGIE LAWSON HARVIN

Maggie Lawson Harvin, 94, widow of Kizer Harvin Sr. and daughter of the late Ida May Lawson-Lewis, was born on March 26, 1930, in Sumter. She departed this life on Sunday, Sept. 1, 2024, at the home of her daughter.

Public viewing will be held on Thursday, Sept. 5, 2024, from 2 to 6 p.m. at Job’s Mortuary Inc.

Mrs. Harvin will be placed in the church at 11 a.m. for viewing until the hour of services.

Funeral services will be held at noon Friday, Sept. 6, 2024, at Walker Avenue Church of God, 100 S. Walker Ave., Sumter.

Interment will follow in Hillside Memorial Park, Sumter.

Family will receive friends at the home of her daughter, 3660 Camden Hwy., Dalzell.

Job’s Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., is in charge of arrangements.
