Loretta Jackson Simmons, 83, widow of Joe Simmons, departed this life on Thursday, Feb. 4, 2021, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.
Born on April 16, 1937, in Bowman, she was a daughter of the late Calep and Alice Lee Jackson.
