BETTY JEAN JOHNSON TILLER

Betty Jean Johnson Tiller, 77, wife of Dudley Tiller Jr., and daughter of the late Eugene Johnson and Mary Louise Pearson Johnson, was born on Dec. 23, 1946, in Sumter.  She departed this life on Sunday, June 30, 2024, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital in Sumter.
Public viewing will be held on Monday, July 8, 2024, from 2-6 p.m. at Job’s Mortuary.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 S. Salem Ave., Sumter, with the Rev. Sandra Simmons officiating.
Interment will follow in Walker Cemetery, Sumter.
Family will receive friends at the home of her daughter, 161 W. Patricia Drive, Sumter, daily from 2-6 p.m.
Job’s Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., is in charge of arrangements.
