ALPHONSO DAVIS

Alphonso Davis, 64, son of the late John Davis and Adline Washington Davis, was born on Sept. 17, 1959, in Sumter.  He departed this life on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital in Sumter.
Public viewing will be held on Sunday, July 21, 2024, from 2-6 p.m. at Job’s Mortuary.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 22, 2024, at Beulah AME Church, 3175 Florence Hwy., Sumter, with the Rev. Dr. Dwayne Bruce officiating.
Interment will follow in Beulah AME Church Cemetery, Sumter.
Family will receive friends at the home of his niece, 908 Franklin Lane, Sumter, daily from 3-6pm.
Job’s Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., Sumter, is in charge of arrangements.
