MANNING — Antoinette White Fulton, 48, wife of David Fulton, died Friday, Aug. 30, 2024, at McLeod Health Clarendon, Manning. She was born Sept. 26, 1975, in New York, New York, a daughter of Sharon White and the late Ernest Ceasar.
