Rachel Belton Blackwell, 87, widow of Leon Blackwell Sr. died Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011, at Clarendon Memorial Hospital in Manning. She was the daughter of the late Morris and Liza Dixon Belton. She was born April 16, 1924, in Sumter County.
Family is receiving friends at the home, 3535 Alderman Camp Road, Alcolu, SC.
