PATRICIA MCDADE WOMACK

Patricia McDade Womack, 75, wife of John Carey Womack, was born on Dec. 30, 1947, in Mt. Meigs, Alabama, a daughter of the late John Dean McDade and Celestine V. Whyte. She departed this life on Monday, Nov. 20, 2023, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital in Sumter.

Public viewing was held from 2 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday at Job's Mortuary.

Mrs. Womack will be placed in the church at 10 a.m. for viewing until the hour of services.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. today at Jehovah Missionary Baptist Church, 609 Manning Ave., Sumter, SC 29150 with Pastor Marion H. Newton officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Sumter, SC 29150.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Jehovah Missionary Baptist Church, 609 Manning Ave., Sumter, SC 29150.

The family will be receiving friends at the home, 2818 S. Wise Drive, Sumter, SC 29150.

Job's Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., Sumter, is in charge of arrangements.
