JERALINE WASHINGTON MONTGOMERY

Jeraline Washington Montgomery, 58, daughter of Susan Simmons Washington and the late Hopkins Washington Jr., was born on Sept. 26, 1966, in Sumter. She departed this life on Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2024, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital, Sumter.

Public viewing will be held on Monday, Oct. 21, 2024, from 2 to 6 p.m. at Job’s Mortuary Inc.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2024, at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 S. Salem Ave., Sumter, with the Rev. Leroy Sims, presiding, and the Rev. Angie Taylor Reames, eulogist.

Interment will follow in Heaven’s Gate Cemetery, Wedgefield.

Family will receive friends at the home of her daughter, 5810 Alcott Drive, Wedgefield.

Job’s Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., is in charge of arrangements.
