LORENZO SHAWNTE FRANKLIN

Lorenzo Shawnte Franklin, 48, was born on Sept. 22, 1975, in Sumter, a son of Wilbur G. Franklin and Mazie Ann Singletary Franklin. He departed this life on Monday, Nov. 6, 2023, in Columbia.

Public viewing will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. today at Job's Mortuary.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 S. Salem Ave., Sumter, SC 29150. Interment will follow in Hillside Memorial Park, Sumter, SC 29154.

The family will receive friends at the home of his mother, 339 Green Swamp Road, Sumter, SC 29150.

Job's Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., Sumter, is in charge of arrangements.
