Letter to the editor: Listen closely to messaging of candidates, economists

Posted

I watched the debate like many of you. Neither candidate was impressive or spoke of any real substance, side stepping most of the night. So disgusted with no decent voting option. However, I will revert back to my previous letter. Vote for the one you feel will do the most good, or the least harm. Listen close to the "messaging." Better yet, listen to the economists and financial folks to get a true picture of what is being presented.

There is a switch and bait afoot. The greatest con still being played and people still falling for it.

You have one candidate who didn't take the debate serious and the other with fairy tale dreams. Where does Harris think the money will come from for her "grand plan" is not from you.

I never thought I would agree with Bernie Sanders but his descriptor of Harris as an oligarchic is spot on.
