JOHN MCFADDEN

John McFadden, 58, son of the late Johnnie Lee Bulter and Mary Kennedy McFadden, was born on April 9, 1966, in Sumter. He departed this life on Saturday, Aug. 17, 2024, at Prisma Health Baptist Hospital, Columbia.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, Aug. 23, 2024, from 2 to 6 p.m. at Job’s Mortuary Inc.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, 2024, at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 S. Salem Ave., Sumter, with Pastor Linda Kennedy, officiating, and Chaplain Rodney McFadden, eulogist.

Interment will follow in Melina Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Gable.

Job’s Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., is in charge of arrangements.
