GENERAL LEE BENBOW

MANNING - General Lee Benbow, 86, husband of Thelma Bradley Benbow, died on Friday, Dec. 2, 2022, at McLeod Regional Medical Center, Florence.

He was born on March 27, 1936, in Alcolu, a son of the late Felix and Viola Nelson Benbow.

Public viewing will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. today at Hayes F. Samuels Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church St., Manning.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness, 4342 Greeleyville Highway, Manning. Burial will follow in Clarendon Memorial Gardens, 1288 Hickory Ridge Road, Manning.

The family is receiving friends at his residence, 1116 Sassafras Lane, Manning. Masks are required.
