ELWOOD BENJAMIN JACKSON

Elwood Benjamin Jackson, 69, son of Virginia Martin Jackson and the late Henry Jackson, was born on Feb. 6, 1955, in Sumter. He departed this life on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2024, at Prisma Health Baptist Hospital, Columbia.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2024, at Job’s Mortuary Inc. Parlor, 312 S. Main St., Sumter, with Elder Raymond Johnson Jr. officiating.
Interment will follow in Beulah-Haynesworth Cemetery, Sumter.
Family will receive friends at the home, 160 Keels Road, Sumter, from noon to 7 p.m. daily.
