William E. Roach, 69, died Monday, June 3, 2024, at Prisma Health Richland Hospital in Columbia. Born in Sumter County on Jan. 21, 1955, he was the son of the late Irvin and Elizabeth Logan Roach.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the home, 5480 Sid John Road, Sumter.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the management of Williams Funeral Home Inc., 821 N. Main St., Sumter.
