JOE NATHAN BENNETT JR.

Joe Nathan Bennett Jr., 57, husband of Delores Edmonds Bennett and son of the late Joe Nathan Bennett Sr. and Lena Riley Ragin, was born on Oct. 30, 1966, in Rimini. He departed this life on Sunday, June 23, 2024, at Trinitas Regional Medical Center in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

Public viewing will be held on Sunday, June 30, 2024, from 2 to 6 p.m. at Job’s Mortuary.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, July 1, 2024, at Antioch UME Church, 10026 Old River Road, Rimini, with the Rev. Cheryl Gadsden, officiating, and Minister Faith Pringle, eulogist.

Interment will follow in Greater St. Phillip RMUE Church Cemetery, Pinewood.

Family will receive friends at the home of his sister, 1760 Hideaway Drive, Sumter, starting Thursday, June 27, 2024, from 3 to 7 p.m.
