Sumter Today: The Gallery of Art Gets a Vibrant Upgrade

We visited the Sumter County Gallery Of Art to catch a glimpse of the new mural installation on the second floor. Over zoom, we got to speak with Columbia based artist Marius Valdes, known on social media as Zoo Valdes, about the mural, his process, and why kid's art is often the best. The Gallery is overjoyed to have a renewed space for their art classes, and anyone is welcome to come take a peek at the piece if you're in the area.
