Sumter man wanted on federal drug charges and more taken into custody

 

Update:  Lamont Laz Durant was taken into custody wihtout incident Sunday monring, said Tonyia McGirt, public information officer for the Sumter Police Department.

Durant, 42, of Kolb Road, is wanted by the Sumter Police Department on federal drug charges and other related crimes, according to McGirt.

Durant is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs about 150 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
