Sumter deputies on scene of shooting along North Main Street

Sumter County Sheriff's Office is at the scene of a reported shooting. 

Deputies and investigators responded to a reported shooting  after 2:30 p.m. Friday along North Main Street. 

According to the sheriff's office, there is one injury.  The agency was unable to confirm if there is a threat to public safety at this time.
