Sumter County Sheriff's Office: active shooter subject in custody

The subject of an active shooter situation on Kolb Road was taken into custody.
According to Deputy Adrienne Sarvis, public information officer for the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office, the subject was taken into custody without incident and is being transported to Sumter County Sheriff's Office Detention Center.
