Sumter Animal Control's Manning is so sweet and a perfect gentleman on a leash

Manning is one of the sweetest boys in the world. He gets along with other dogs at the shelter and is a perfect gentleman on the leash. Manning is 2-4 years old and he weighs 43 pounds. This fella will make a great pet for any family.

As with all of our adoptable dogs, we do require a spay or neuter agreement, and it is strictly enforced. Proof of spay/neuter after adoption will be required.
