Rosa Bell Bradley Taylor, 93, widow of Louis Taylor and daughter of the late Major Bradley and Elizabeth Cook Bradley, was born on Feb. 26, 1931, in Lynchburg. She departed this life on Monday, June 3, 2024, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital in Sumter.
Family will receive friends at the home, 2290 Old CC Road, Lynchburg.
