CHARGES:
Onaje Omari Thompson, 17, of 145 Elkhorn Trail, was arrested Monday and charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor. On Nov. 8, Thompson reportedly had sex with a 13-year-old girl on Webb Avenue.
