Percy is cute as a button and needs a home

Percy is an adorable little fellow, weighing in at 30 pounds and less than a year old. This bundle of joy is still a puppy, full of fun and tail wags. Percy can't get enough attention from our volunteers and absolutely adores ear scratches and pets. He's also working hard on learning his leash manners and is catching on quickly. As cute as a button, Percy is ready to bring endless love and happiness to his forever home.
