OTIS BUTLER SR.

Otis Butler Sr., 83, widower of Hattie Martha Carter Butler and son of the late Silas Butler and Rosa Lee Walters Butler, was born on Feb. 6, 1941, in Sumter. He departed this life on Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2024, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital, Sumter.

In accordance with COVID-19 guidelines, the family is requesting no visitation at the home.

Job’s Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., Sumter, is in charge of arrangements.
