CURTIS LYNN 'CURT' MASON JR.

GREELEYVILLE – Curtis Lynn “Curt” Mason Jr., 57, husband of Ann Player Mason, died Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2024.Born May 16, 1967, in Manning, he was a son of Virginia Morris Mason Bryant and the late Curtis Lynn Mason Sr. He was a member of Precious Acres and Red Hill Hunting Clubs, and he was a member of Greeleyville Baptist Church. His heart was so full and grateful to our God he served and soldiered. He touched so many lives in such a special way. To him we say, “well done good and faithful soldier”.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years of Greeleyville; mother and husband, Don, of New Zion; a daughter, Virginia Ellis Powell (Linc) of Manning; a son, Curtis Lynn “Tripp” Mason III (Taylor) of Manning; two sisters, Dayna Suzanne Mason of Columbia and Missie Mason McCutchen (Jim) of Kingstree; father-in-law, Freddie Lucius “Lukie” Player Jr. of Greeleyville; several nieces and nephews; and a great nephew.
A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 29, 2024, at New Market Cemetery with the Rev. Jay Wilder officiating.
The family will receive friends at the residence, 35 Society Street Extension, Greeleyville.
