Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Bible Way Church of Sumter, 1765 Camden Highway, Sumter, with Elder Eric Rush, pastor, officiating.
Noreen was born on Jan. 22, 1948, in Queens, New York, to the late Parker and Florence Hammond Simpkins.
Noreen departed this life on Friday, June 30, 2023, in Sumter.
The family is receiving friends at 1071 Rockdale Blvd., Sumter.
