Matthew Richardson III, husband of Vashunda Richardson and son of the late Essie and Matthew Richardson Jr., passed away on Friday, June 7, 2024. He is the grandson of the late Rosa Lee and Matthew Richardson Sr. and the late Venus James Dorsey and Hezekiah James.
He is survived by his son, Matthew Richardson IV, and a sister, Belinda Richardson Ponton.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 15, 2024, at Ebenezer CME Church, 2309 N. Main St., South Boston, Virginia 24592.
Jeffress Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
