MANNING — Jessie Maxine Tutton, 85, widow of Thomas (Tommy) Lee Tutton entered her eternal home Thursday, June 6, 2024, at McLeod Health Clarendon.
Born Feb. 16, 1939, in Sumter, she was the daughter of the late Carl Benjamin Pack Sr. and the late Cynthia Theresa Pack.  Mrs. Tutton was a devoted, lifelong member of Providence Baptist Church. She was kindhearted, nurturing and loved her family dearly.
Survivors include one daughter, Cheryl Tutton Christmas; one son, Kevin Lee Tutton (Debbie); three grandchildren, Trevor Christmas, Laurel Christmas (Jackson Price) and Corey Parker, along with a brother-in-law, sisters-in-law and many loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Kenneth Pack, Carl Benjamin Pack Jr. and Leslie (Earl) Pack, and four sisters, Lila Mae Thames, Elizabeth (Lib) Hodge, Audrey Wadford and Harriet Hodge.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 9, 2024, at Providence Baptist Church with the Rev. Wayne McElveen officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday, June 9, 2024, at Providence Baptist Church and other times at Mrs. Tutton’s home.
