Mr. Hirtrell Phillip Halley II passed on Friday, Nov. 27, 2020, at 891 Camden Highway, Bishopville. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday at Boone Memorial Garden, Bishopville. Wilson Funeral Home, 403 S. Main St., Bishopville, is in charge of arrangements.
