HAROLD JACOB TRUESDALE

MANNING - Harold Jacob Truesdale, 78, husband of Clara "Honey" Hartin Truesdale, died on Sunday, Jan. 15, 2023, at McLeod Health Clarendon.

Born on March 25, 1944, in Sumter, he was a son of the late Albert Lee Truesdale and Hattie Sue Priester Truesdale. He was a member of Summerton Baptist Church. He was the owner of Harold Truesdale Studios and Truesdale Photographics. Harold was a private pilot and specialized in aerial photography. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.

Survivors include his wife of 38 years; a son, Jay Truesdale of Murrells Inlet; a daughter, Nancy Hernandez (Kelly) of Milton, Florida; and a brother, Albert Truesdale (Esther) of Manning.

A funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. today in the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. John Hall officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Memorial Park cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Francis Norris, Jimmy Fickling, Travis Copeland, Spence Langley, Shane Gaymon and Garland Hunt.

The family will receive friends at the home.
