EVA COOK GALLISHAW-REID

Eva “Pie” Cook Gallishaw-Reid peacefully departed this life on Sunday, June 9, 2024. Born March 8, 1949, in Boykin, South Carolina, she was the proud daughter of the late Willie “Durrie” Green and Katie Mae Cook. Later, she migrated North and worked in Washington, D.C., and Morristown, New Jersey, later relocating to become a resident of Kershaw, South Carolina. Mrs. Eva accepted the Lord Jesus Christ into her heart at an early age.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 15, 2024, at St. Paul Pentecostal Holiness Church, 129½ W. Moore St., Sumter, with the Elder Barrington Pierson, pastor.

Burial will follow in St. Paul Pentecostal Holiness Church Yard Cemetery.

The family will receive relatives and friends at the home, 125 W. Bartlette St., Sumter.
