ELEAZER LINDSEY DIGGS JR.

Eleazer Lindsey Diggs Jr., 64, husband of Laverne Adams Diggs, died Thursday, Nov. 5, 2026, at his home in New Jersey. Born June 15, 1962, in Sumter, he was the son of Rosa Lee Dawson Diggs and the late Eleazer L. Diggs Sr.

The family will receive relatives and friends at the home of his mother, 4525 Dawson Road, Rembert.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the management of Williams Funeral Home Inc., 821 N. Main St., Sumter.
