Educational presentations, hands-on courses, equipment demonstrations all part of 21st Annual Fall Field Day Sept. 18

The South Carolina Green Industry Association will hold its 21st Annual Fall Field Day on Wednesday, Sept. 18, at Modern Turf, 5740 Peach Orchard Road in Dalzell.

The day will include educational presentations, hands-on courses, equipment demonstrations, networking with exhibitors and a catered lunch as well as the opportunity to earn South Carolina Pesticide, North Carolina Pesticide, ISA Arborist and North Carolina Irrigation Contractors License Credits.

Registration will begin at 8 a.m.; classes and exhibitor visits will end at 3:30 p.m.

- Invasive Insect Pest Management on Ornamental Trees and Shrubs, Dr. JC Chong, SePRO;

- How to Read Landscape Plans, Mark Ables, Ables Landscapes;
