HORATIO — Dewey Spencer Sr. departed this life on Friday, June 21, 2024, in Horatio.
He was born Aug. 29, 1944, in Horatio to the late Stolley and Eva Jackson Waiters and the late Winfield (Bossie) and Nettie Richbow Spencer.
The family is receiving friends at 4025 Boston Ave., Horatio.
Funeral services are incomplete and will be announced later by Whites Mortuary LLC.
