Brenda Marilyn Hodge Lee, 65, widow of LeRoy Lee, died Friday, Jan. 21, 2011, at her home in Manning.

Born Aug. 11, 1945, in Manning, she was a daughter of Agnes Holliday Geddings and the late George Geddings. She was the retired owner and operator of Catering for All Occasions, a member of the International Caterer's Association and a member of Clarendon Baptist Church.

Survivors besides her mother of Home Branch include a son, Chris (Michele) Lee of Manning; a daughter, Jeanna (Mike) King of Manning; two sisters, Gayle (Clint) Dawkins and Susan (Billy) Timmons, both of Home Branch; a brother, Tony (Johnnie) Geddings of Sumter; three grandchildren, Derek Lee, Lauren Lee and Katy Lee, all of Manning.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Iris Hodge, and a brother, Sonny Hodge.

Funeral services were held Monday at Clarendon Baptist Church in Alcolu with the Rev. Zane Brown officiating. Burial followed in Clarendon Memorial Gardens.

Derek Lee, Tres Gardner, Eddie Keels, Archie Pierson, Craig Jones, Matt Evans, Vonnie Ridgeway and Ervin Davis served as pallbearers. Billy Timmons, Clint Dawkins, David McCabe, Russell Harrelson and Eric Stokes served as honorary pallbearers.

The family received friends at the home, 505 Sunset Drive, Manning.
