Timothy "Tim" Dean Godbold, 67, passed away on Oct. 10, 2017.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at Fort Jackson National Cemetery.
Tim was born on Aug. 4, 1950, in Marion, to Kenneth Lee Godbold Sr. and Faye Smith Godbold.
He is survived by his sister, Linda Carter; brother, Lee Godbold; niece, Shannon Elvington (Chris); two grandnieces, Emily and Abigail Carter-Booth; and stepmother, June W. Godbold.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, SC 29210.
