THEODORE DAVIS SR.

Theodore Davis Sr., 78, departed this life on April 17, 2017, at his home.

Born in Lee County, he was a son of Willie R. Davis Sr. and Golden B. Davis. He attended the public schools of Lee County.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Lillie Mack Davis; his children, Patricia (Jack) Brown of Bishopville, Theodore (Katheen) Davis Jr. of Fort Knox, Kentucky, Amy Michelle Davis of York and Krystal Nicole Davis of the home; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Celebration of life services will be held at 11 a.m. today at St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church, 510 Manville-Wisacky Road, Bishopville, with the Rev. W. W. Thompson officiating.

The family is receiving relatives and friends at the home, 1360 Manville-St. Charles Road, Bishopville.

The remains will be placed in the church at 10 a.m.

The procession will leave at 10:20 a.m. from the home.

Burial will be in the St. Mark Missionary Churchyard cemetery, Dalzell.
