Naomie Toney, widow of Bip Toney, departed this life on Friday, Feb. 16, 2024, in Sumter.
Naomie was born on Dec. 15, 1928, in Lynchburg, to the late Lawrence Sr. and Adell Solomon Smith.
The family is receiving friends from noon to 5 p.m. daily at 4109 Elliot Highway, Lynchburg.
Funeral services are incomplete and will be announced later by Whites Mortuary LLC.
