Micky needs a second chance with a family

This poor young pup was brought in to Animal Control and seemed to have been on his own for awhile. He is very thin but slowly gaining weight. Micky weighs only 29 pounds and is 2 to 4 years old. He is a happy and friendly boy despite the sad life he must have had before ending up in the shelter. Micky needs a second chance.
