Manning man charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor

MANNING – A 55-year-old Manning man was arrested on Aug. 17 on charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor under the age of 11, according to Clarendon County Sheriff’s Office.
Elliot Hall Porter Jr. was arrested at the sheriff’s office and transported to Clarendon County Detention Center where bond was denied later that day.
On Aug. 21, Porter was served with a second warrant for first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor under the age of 11 for a different victim.
