Herbert Lee Bell Jr., 72, husband of the late Dorethea Lewis Bell and Ernestine Spann Bell, died Sunday, April 7, 2024, at his residence, 117-A Brent St., Sumter. He was born Jan. 7, 1952, in Manning, a son of the late Herbert Lee and Clude Canty Bell Sr.
The family is receiving friends at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Doretha and Edwin James, 1327 Warwick Drive, Sumter, and at his residence.
These services have been entrusted to Samuels Funeral Home LLC of Manning.
