Don't miss the Back-to-School Bash on Tuesday

The Sumter Police Department, in coordination with the City of Sumter, local service and first responder agencies and vendors, will hold the Back-to-School Bash from 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday at Crosswell Park, corner of Lafayette and Crosswell drives.

The free event, which includes refreshments, fun and entertainment, is held each year to help area youngsters get ready for school and build enthusiasm for the upcoming academic year.
