DONALD WILLIAMS

Donald Williams, 80, husband of Ruth L. Braxton Williams and son of the late Prince Williams and Lela Thompson Williams, was born on Feb. 1, 1944, in Bronx, New York.  He departed this life on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at his residence.

Public viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, from 2 to 6 p.m. at Job’s Mortuary.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Second Presbyterian Church USA, 1125 Old Pocalla Road, Sumter,  with the Rev. Ella Busby, officiating.

Interment will follow at a later date at Fort Jackson National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to a church organization or charity of your choice.

Family will receive friends at the home, 2205 Kelterr Circle, Wedgefield.
