Carrie Blanding, 90, widow of Willie "Bill" Blanding, died on Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2018, at her residence in Sumter.
Born in Dorchester County, she was a daughter of the late Rev. Reed Hodges and Rosa Johnson Hodges.
The family will receive friends at the home, 1130 Kentwood Drive.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Palmer Memorial Chapel Inc.
