BRIDGETTE LEIGH REYNOLDS

FLORENCE - It is with great sadness that on Friday, Dec. 22, 2023, Bridgette Leigh Reynolds passed away at the young age of 32 in Florence.

She was born on March 25, 1991, at Tuomey Hospital, known now as Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital in Sumter. She graduated from Sumter High School and attended Central Carolina Technical College.

Bridgette was a great person with a good heart and soul with a beautiful smile. She had a great love for cats and dogs and would always want to adopt every single animal she would find ever since she was a little girl, and it continued for the rest of her life. She loved their unconditional love for her and how that love made her feel, and it brought out the best in her. She also loved kids. She had a special place in her heart for her niece, Savannah Reynolds, and her nephew, Rhees Reynolds.

Bridgette is survived by her father, Herbert Duane Reynolds; her mother, Connie Johnson Reynolds; her brother, Ryan Reynolds and his wife, Cathy; and her brother, Zach Reynolds and his wife, Jordan. Also, she left behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, loved ones and friends.

There was a private graveside service for close family and friends at the Reynolds Cemetery in Pinewood, where Pastor Nancy Adams officiated the service.

Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements.
