F.E. DuBose Career Center student named Work-Based Learning Student of the Year

Demonti Miller, a student at the F.E. DuBose Career Center in its Law Enforcement Services Program, was selected as the Work-Based Learning Student of the Year for the Santee Lynches Region which includes Sumter, Lee, Kershaw and Clarendon counties. Miller's worksite was the Manning Police Department where he served more than 265 hours during his internship. Miller was also recognized by the South Carolina Education and Business Summit in Greenville. Miller is shown with the teacher for the Law Enforcement Services Program, Ladell Grice.
