Some say an itchy palm means money is coming your way, and for one Midlands woman it truly did.
According to a news release from S.C. Education Lottery, the woman who purchased a $2 scratch-off ticket from Walmart Fuel Station, 337 Pinewood Road, Sumter,  is $30,000 richer.  “My hand was itching a lot,” she told South Carolina Education Lottery officials.
The winner is  still unsure how to spend her winnings.  “I don’t have any plans for it yet,” she said.
With the last top prize of $30,000 claimed, the 20X The Cash game has ended. The Sumter player overcame odds of 1 in 720,000 to win a top prize.
Walmart Market #377 Fuel in Sumter received a commission of $300 for selling the claimed ticket.
