WILLIAM JENKINS

William "Billy" Jenkins was born Oct. 10, 1948, in the Spring Hill Community of Lee County to the late David Jr. and Nola Bell Prince Jenkins.

He departed this earthly home on Thursday, April 24, 2025, in Cades, S.C.

A public viewing will be held on Monday, April 28, 2025, from 4 until 7 p.m. at the mortuary.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Mt. Olive AME Church, 2738 Woodrow Road, Sumter, with the Rev. Dr. W. L. Brown, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Olive AME Memorial Gardens.

The family is receiving friends from 4 until 6 p.m. at the home of David and Patricia Jenkins III, 4430 Herrington Road, Rembert.
