Virginia Brown Williams, 75, widow of Leon Williams Sr., departed this life on Friday, Oct. 16, 2020, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.
She was born on Sept. 26, 1945, in Clarendon County, a daughter of the late Rufus and Lear Holliday Brown.
The family will receive friends at the home, 8726 Paxville Highway, Manning, SC 29102 and 861 Carolina Ave., Apartment 61, Sumter, SC 29150.
