WASHINGTON, D.C. - Vina Mae Richburg Farmer, 87, died Sunday, Aug. 8, 2010, at Providence Hospital, Washington.
Born April 6, 1923, in the Live Oak community of Manning, she was a daughter of the late Harry Richburg Sr. and Ellen Colbert Richburg. She attended Clarendon County public schools.
Survivors include a brother, Samuel Richburg of Summerton; two nephews, Horace (Leila) Walker of Rock Hill and Jewel Walker of Manning; and a host of nieces.
Services were held Aug. 21 at the funeral home, 114 N. Church St., Manning, with the Rev. Jerome McCray officiating. Burial was held Sawdust Cemetery.
